Our Reflections

And... we learn through RELATIONSHIPS.

After we go "out" for the morning to observe, our protocol for supporting reflective thinking and inquiry with each other in the afternoon is to follow a medicine wheel with the following questions:

SouthHow do you FEEL?

West:   What did you SEE?

NorthWhat do you THINK?
East:    What are you CURIOUS about?

Throughout the year, we nurture our "cohort" relationships in the afternoons, reflecting together and learning from one another. We focus on "self-awareness" to learn to be positive leaders. It's parallel practice at its finest.

Reflections from our "Days Out":

Protocols are tools that help us approach reflection and inquiry - the key questions used encourage us to consider multiple viewpoints.
