Be careful! You may THINK that you are coming across as warm and engaging, but if you watch yourself on video, you may notice you are not!

Self-awareness is so important!

Children are listening to our body language, facial expressions and tone of voice even more than to our words! How we interact with children affects the architecture of their brains. We can help children by helping them feel relaxed, which helps them get into their prefrontal cortex where they are best able to learn.
